Welcoming James Longdon to Our Team

MetPlas is pleased to welcome James Longdon to our Operations team as Production Scheduler.

In this role, James is responsible for planning and coordinating production schedules, managing manufacturing orders, and supporting the efficient flow of materials throughout the plant. He works closely with operations and management to monitor production activity, provide accurate status updates, and support inventory planning to ensure customer delivery expectations are consistently met.

James brings more than 20 years of manufacturing experience, with a professional background that includes roles as a Manufacturing Supervisor, Production Resource Coordinator, and Production Manager. He also holds an associate degree in business, providing a strong foundation in operational planning and process coordination.

We are excited to have James on board and look forward to the experience and insight he brings to the MetPlas team.
