MetPlas Incorporated manufactures custom copper components for electrical, industrial and OEM applications. Parts are manufactured according to customer drawings, specifications and quantities using processes appropriate to the component.

MetPlas works with non-ferrous metals including copper for custom machined and fabricated components. Capabilities can include CNC machining, drilling, precision hole patterns, cutting, forming and secondary operations depending on the project.

Applications can include electrical conductors, connectors, plates, busbar components and other custom parts.

MetPlas can also manufacture engineered electrical insulation components, providing customers with a source for copper components and materials such as G10 and FR4 used in the same electrical assemblies.
