Electrical Insulation Components

Custom Machining & Fabrication of Engineered Electrical Insulation Materials

MetPlas Incorporated manufactures custom electrical insulation components for industrial and electrical equipment applications. MetPlas works with engineered insulation materials including G10, FR4, G11, GPO materials and other composites according to customer requirements.

Electrical Insulation Manufacturing

MetPlas has worked with electrical insulation materials since the company’s founding in 1981. Manufacturing capabilities include CNC machining, routing, drilling, waterjet cutting, custom fabrication and assembly or subassembly where appropriate.

Components can include insulators, barriers, plates, structural insulation components and other custom parts manufactured from customer drawings.

Applications

MetPlas electrical insulation components are used in applications associated with switchgear, transformers, circuit breakers, electrical busways, motors, drives, inverters, power supplies, UPS systems and other industrial electrical equipment.
