Plastic CNC Machining

Custom Machined Plastic Parts for Industrial & OEM Applications

MetPlas Incorporated provides custom CNC machining and fabrication of engineered plastics and composites. Components are manufactured to customer drawings, material requirements and quantities for prototype and repeat-production applications.

Engineered Plastic Machining Capabilities

Machining engineered plastics requires attention to material behavior, tooling, heat, workholding and dimensional requirements. MetPlas works with a broad range of engineered plastics and composite materials.

Capabilities include CNC milling, routing, drilling, waterjet cutting, custom fabrication, prototypes, repeat production and assembly or subassembly when appropriate.

Materials We Work With

G10 • FR4 • G11 • UHMW • Delrin • Acetal • PEEK • Nylon • Polycarbonate • PVC • PTFE/Teflon • PETG • Acrylic • ABS • Ultem • Kynar and other engineered or specialty plastics.

Custom Plastic Components

MetPlas manufactures custom plastic components such as electrical insulators, wear strips, guides, rollers, bushings, spacers, plates, brackets, covers, machine components, structural plastic components and custom OEM parts.

For G10 and FR4 electrical insulation components, visit our G10 & FR4 Machining page.

Prototype Through Repeat Production

MetPlas supports customers developing new components as well as established repeat-production programs. Send your drawing or CAD file, material, quantity, specifications and required delivery for review.

MetPlas can also manufacture non-ferrous metal components, allowing customers with multi-material assemblies to consolidate sourcing. Learn more about Plastic & Non-Ferrous Metal Machining.
