Delrin & Acetal Machining

MetPlas Incorporated manufactures custom Delrin and acetal components for industrial and OEM applications. Parts are produced to customer drawings, material specifications, quantities and project requirements.

Acetal materials are commonly used for precision mechanical components where dimensional stability, machinability, strength and low friction are useful. MetPlas can review custom requirements for bushings, spacers, rollers, guides, plates, brackets, machine components and other OEM parts.

Capabilities include CNC milling, drilling, routing and other machining or fabrication operations appropriate to the component.
